KCMPI Scholarship Program:
KCMPI Professional Education Conference
Overland Park Marriott (May 5-6, 2009)

Description:	A regional conference that is produced and hosted by the local chapter to enhance member education at the local level and be a companion to the educational opportunities at the WEC or PEC
Type of Award:	$115.00 award to cover registration
Who May Apply:	Any KCMPI member who plans on attending the KCMPI Educational Conference
Application Deadline:	February 15, 2009 (with announcement in March KCMPI meeting)
Stipulation:	The recipient must take pictures at the event and make a five-minute presentation at the first KCMPI meeting after the conference OR will be required to submit an article within 30 days of the conference for the KCMPI newsletter about their experiences. Must provide receipts within 30 days of the event prior to receiving a maximum of up to $115.00. Must attend 100% of the general sessions, workshops, and special events.
How the Award Recipients are Chosen:	Through lottery based on application

If you have received a MPI or KCMPI award in the past two years, you are not eligible
And
Applicant must be an active member of KCMPI for at least six months prior to applying
