Scholarships
The KCMPI Professional Improvement Program (PIP) assists in fundraising that allows qualified Chapter members the monies to attend MPI-sponsored educational events, such as WEC and the KCMPI Professional Education Conference (PEC).

The committee also supports KCMPI members taking the CMP certification or recertification exams, and offers a membership award.

Awards currently available:

• Membership Renewal
  3 awards available for fall, deadline: Aug. 15, 2010

• CMP Recertification
  2 awards available, deadline: Oct. 01, 2010

• CMP Exam
  1 award available, deadline: Oct. 01, 2010

• Membership Renewal
  2 awards available for spring 2011, deadline: Feb. 01, 2011

• 2011 KCMPI PEC Registration
  1 award each for a planner and supplier, deadline: April 01, 2011

• Monthly Education Program Scholarship
  2 awards available per program, due 14 days prior to program
  (applies to education programs only)

• Student Membership
  3 $40 awards available, ongoing until awarded

• Note:
  If you have received a MPI or KCMPI award in the past two years, you are not eligible, and applicant must be an active member of KCMPI for at least six months prior to applying.
